The now vacant manufacturing facility formerly home to one of the largest lithograph printing companies in the world, Hoen & Co., is in the works to be transformed into a new, lively mixed use development through a partnership with Cross Street Partners and City Life. Ashton Design created the new logo, website and building banner for the transformational project, creating a marketing tool that focuses on its history while shining light on its pure, raw potential to become a job and community center.
