KIPP DC:

Designed to spark pride

KIPP DC: is a public charter college-preparatory school located in Washington, D.C. We created the exterior signage, donor signage, interior entrance signage and placemaking graphics for their new facility designed by STUDIOS Architecture. Our design approach was to keep things minimal yet bold and to integrate with the modern architecture. The result garners a sense of pride among students, families, staff and community.

To extend the collegiate atmosphere of the new modern facility, we reimagined KIPP DC’s athletic panther logo. Inspired by European football clubs, the updated panther and shield establish a bold identity that students can proudly rally behind.
