MICA Presidential Inauguration
“Forward Together”

In the Fall of 2014, MICA welcomed its first new president in over 30 years with the inauguration of Samuel Hoi. Using the school’s inauguration theme of “Forward Together,” we visualized the concept with the creation of the logo by merging the forward slash, one of the school’s most prominent current brand assets, with the laurel wreath, used exclusively for ceremonial occasions. In addition, we designed the program, event kit, stage banners and wayfinding signage for this historic event.
