Located in the Ballston neighborhood of Arlington, Virginia, the residential tower sits above the Ballston Quarter retail center, providing tenants direct access to a myriad of dining and entertainment options. Extensive onsite amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, a work lounge with individual study pods, a dog spa, and a rooftop dog park. Multiple indoor and outdoor entertainment areas like their rooftop pool with private cabanas add an additional level of luxury to the space. Ashton worked with Forest City to develop interior and exterior signage to reflect the building’s luxurious nature.

Wayfinding & ADA Signage
Signage materials complement the plain-sawn red oak cladding used extensively throughout the building’s shared spaces.
Acrylic panels were designed to fit within a metal chassis to create a contemporary marquee-like wayfinding system used throughout the property.
Modern yet elegant, all interior signage is rendered in oil-rubbed bronze paired with translucent milk-white acrylic.
