95.1 SHINE-FM is a go-to station for uplifting Contemporary Christian music in the Baltimore–Washington, DC area. Ashton worked closely with Brighter Media Group (SHINE-FM’s parent company) on a refresh of their visual identity that celebrates the hope and encouragement they provide to listeners through their daily programming.
The rebrand consisted of a new logo, color palette, typography, and brand development.

The vibrant color palette ebbs and flows through organic gradients and half-tone patterns, which highlight the station’s bright and authentic messaging. This depth and texture helps augment the tagline, “Positive Feels Good.”
From billboards to bumper stickers, the new identity captures SHINE-FM’s youthful personality and radiant confidence, targeting a diverse and inclusive audience with universal positivity.
