Tower Hill Properties, 2021
Test project is a commercial property in Baltimore’s Pigtown neighborhood that champions innovation and collaboration. The building provides entrepreneurs the space and support they need to grow their business. Ashton began by developing a positioning statement and tagline that spoke to 1100 Wicomico’s unique position within Baltimore city. We designed a logo that emphasized the huge structure of the building (over 416,000 sq. ft of space), giving the building a contemporary and bold aesthetic. We also designed business cards and a website that highlighted the character of the building through use of pattern, photography and texture.
