The Dillon Silver Lake is a boutique residential building in Los Angeles designed by LOHA Architects. The property boasts contemporary interiors within a striking building unlike anything else in the area. Ashton used its unique architectural features of corrugated perf-screen, standing seam cladding and a black/white palette to inspire a playful and bold identity system. The minimal use of color and expressive pattern command attention while amplifying the spirit of the building through its application.
The logo—built from the building’s silhouette—punches in and out of the line and dot patterns to create a large spectrum of expression to be used throughout the identity system.
