To build intrigue about an upcoming property, Ashton established a flexible identity system for The Dillon Silver Lake, a planned boutique residence in Los Angeles designed by LOHA Architects. Taking cues from materials that will be used to construct the building, Ashton adopted the corrugated perf-screen and standing seam cladding patterns to generate a vibrant identity system. The black and white palette and expressive patterns command attention while amplifying the spirit of the building.

The logo—based on the silhouette of the building—dynamically contrasts with the line and dot patterns to create a spectrum of expression on brochures, stationery, sidewalk signs and construction fencing.
