Formerly the site of a waterfront ice manufacturing plant, Union Wharf is an upscale 281-unit mixed-use development in Baltimore’s historic Fells Point neighbourhood. We created an identity inspired by the strong maritime and industrial background of the area, and carried this vernacular throughout the interior and exterior signage. The rich industrial materials we chose for the signage will wear beautifully over time, lending to a timeless, lived-in aesthetic.
