Vyne One Loudoun offers 350 exclusive residences within the heart of One Loudoun, a luxury shopping, dining, and entertainment destination in the country’s wealthiest county. From name to web design, Ashton crafted an elegant brand for the community that draws on Virginia’s lush landscape to showcase One Loudoun’s upscale appeal.
Loudoun County is wine country, and the brand was inspired by the many scenic vineyards that dot the rolling hills. The logo embraces these references by incorporating elements of grapevines and ironwork.
Graceful letterforms speak to Vyne’s level of sophistication, while the icon’s geometric riff on foliage adds a more modern edge.
Vyne’s residences and amenity spaces are designed to bring the outdoors in. Brand extensions embrace textural imagery, then offset it with clean typography to strike the balance between rustic and refined.
Botanical colors reflect a space’s soothing, vibrant energy that can be both an escape and a source of activity. Vyne’s voice also plays with this signature mix of lush-meets-luxury.
This rich visual imagery and language allows for big-impact moments across multiple touchpoints, including site signage, sales sheets, and a 24-page residence booklet.
The website is similarly designed to convey Vyne’s aspirational appeal to prospective residents. Ultimately, every element of the brand works together to set Vyne apart from other high-end residences.
